AML Foundation Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, posting in the forum, or using AML Foundation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts and Platform Use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, the security of your credentials, and all activity performed under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt other users, or post content that you do not have the right to share.

3. Community Knowledge Contribution Terms

Any forum post, comment, answer, workflow, template, process note, case example, training suggestion, diagram, prompt, or other knowledge contribution you submit through AML Foundation is considered a Community Knowledge Contribution.

By submitting a Community Knowledge Contribution, you assign to AML Foundation all right, title, and interest in that contribution, including any intellectual property rights to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. AML Foundation may use, edit, adapt, combine, publish, commercialize, sublicense, archive, or remove those contributions without compensation or further approval.

You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that your contribution does not violate confidentiality, privacy, employment obligations, or third-party rights.

4. Privacy and Data Handling

AML Foundation uses account and activity data only to operate the platform, maintain account access, support the forum identity system, and track training progress. AML Foundation does not sell user data, does not share personal data with third parties for advertising, and does not use user data for third-party marketing campaigns.

AML Foundation may use service providers or infrastructure partners strictly as needed to host and operate the platform, but not to build advertising profiles about users.

5. Content Standards

Do not post confidential customer information, regulated personal data, trade secrets, or unlawful material. AML Foundation may moderate, edit, suspend, or remove content or accounts at its discretion when needed to protect the platform or its users.

6. Changes to These Terms

AML Foundation may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
